How to cook green bean soup

Green bean soup recipe, how to make this cream soup using homemade bread, tomatoes and chilli pepper with a sprig of parsley to flavor.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 2 cloves of garlic

- some red chilli pepper


- a sprig of parsley

- homemade bread

- 500 gr. green beans


- 200 gr. peeled tomatoes

- salt

Green bean soup preparation

Fry 2 slices of garlic cut into slices in a little oil, add the peeled tomatoes, salt, a little chilli pepper and cook for 10 minutes.

After adding the green beans blanched in salted boiling water and cut into small pieces, together also pour their cooking water and a sprig of chopped parsley.

When the green beans are cooked, serve in bowls by pouring everything over lightly toasted slices of toasted bread.
