Ingredients for 4 portions
- flour
- 2 eggs
- a few spoonfuls of milk
- 8 slices of stale bread
- 1 large firm mozzarella
- anchovy fillets
- salt
- fry oil
Preparation of mozzarella in a pan
Put a slice of mozzarella between two of bread, so as not to let it come out.
Flour the sandwiches and soak them in the beaten eggs with a little salt and milk, making them absorb all the liquid.

Fry them in hot oil, drain and serve hot.
