How to cook veal liver with sage


Recipe for preparing veal liver with sage, an easy guide for a quick preparation including all the steps and including an indication regarding the cooking methods for an excellent result.

Ingredients for 4 people

- gr. 500 slices of veal liver

- 1 clove of garlic

- 3 or 4 sage leaves

- flour

- lemon juice

- olive oil

- salt and pepper

Preparation of veal liver

In a pan with a little oil fry the garlic clove and the sage.

Add the previously floured veal liver slices, cook over high heat for 2 or 3 minutes on each side.

Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
