Recipe for making a boiled egg, a way of cooking eggs useful on many occasions, a simple preparation procedure, from the preparation of the water to bring to a boil until the shell breaks, the necessary cooking minutes are indicated.
Ingredients

Boiled egg preparation
Take the eggs out of the fridge, in the desired number depending on the guests, maximum two per person.
Fill a saucepan with water, considering the right amount to submerge all the eggs once they are immersed.
After boiling with a high flame, dip the eggs all together and wait 10 minutes before draining.
After this, pass the eggs under a jet of cold water, in order to stop cooking.
Finally proceed to the shelling of each one, beating them first on a rigid edge, for example a bowl or the kitchen surface, then proceeding with the cleaning of each trace of shell.
The eggs can be served arranged directly on the plates or in a tray, possibly already cut in half following the direction of the length.
