Ingredients

- 10 sweet organic apples

- cold water


Preparation apple cider vinegar with quince juice

First of all wash the apples and deposit them in a container full of water for a few minutes by adding a pot holder of baking soda.

After rinsing them well several times with clean water, cut them into 4 parts and arrange them on a work surface, so that their oxidation takes place.

This step will allow the apples to change their color, in fact they will become darker, taking on a brown hue.


As soon as the oxidation process is completed, transfer the apples to a glass jar with a fairly wide mouth.

Put water in the jar and make sure that the apples are all completely covered, before placing them on the opening of the food fabric.

It is advisable not to close the jar tightly, so as not to prevent correct oxygenation.


Place the pot in a warm room with little light or completely in the dark.

From this moment on, you will have to wait about 6 months, taking care to mix the mixture once every seven days.

If you prefer to transfer the fermented apple cider vinegar into small containers, you must be careful to place them in the refrigerator, to avoid compromising the freshness of the vinegar.

Apple vinegar, as well as for seasoning a simple salad, or to flavor many other dishes, can also be used as a remedy for muscle cramps, preparing a mixture consisting of 10 ml of vinegar, 240 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of honey.
