How to make fried bread dough

post-title

Easy recipe with few ingredients to make pan-fried bread dough with brewer's yeast and flour, excellent as an appetizer to be served hot.

Ingredients for 4 portions

- a pinch of salt

- a spoonful of butter

- lukewarm water about half a glass

- 250 gr. White flour

- a pinch of brewer's yeast

Preparation of fried bread dough

Dissolve the brewer's yeast in the warm water and add the flour, salt and a spoonful of butter or lard.

After mixing and working the dough well, cover it with a napkin.

Let it rise for about an hour. After this time, work the leavened dough again and roll it out with a rolling pin with a thickness of about half a centimeter.

Cut the dough with a knife into the desired shapes and cover it again with a napkin.

Put the pan on the fire with plenty of oil or lard (half and half is fine too) and as soon as it is hot, dip the scraps of pasta that will fry quickly, just a minute or two on each side.
