Located in the province of Rimini, along the coast of the Adriatic Riviera, in a landscape characterized by green hills, Misano Adriatico is a seaside resort of ancient Roman origin, as evidenced by the numerous archaeological finds found in the area.

Starting from 997 it assumed a considerable importance following the construction of the Pieve di Sant’Erasmo in Misano, which still exists today.


The entrance arch and the ruins of the tower of the Malatesta Castle, built during the period of the Malatesta domination, are the most visible signs of the glorious past of this town.

Misano adriatico includes about three kilometers of beach with bathing establishments, also in the area there are many places to relax and have fun, including discos, bars, restaurants, hotels and places to stay for a few days or even sleep for one night.

What see

Enchanting is the pedestrian path under the arcades that leads to the tourist port of Portoverde, where there are swimming pools, parks, clubs and restaurants, as well as numerous shops where you can shop.


The dock is able to accommodate pleasure boats, it also offers services and equipment suitable to make docking, storage and maintenance of any type of boat easier.

The promenade, built following the opinion of the architect Paolo Portoghesi, is characterized by an urban layout that recalls the theme of the sea with reproductions of multicolored waves, fish, sirens and oysters, as well as pearls of various sizes.

The Misano racetrack named after Marco Simoncelli hosts numerous sporting events, including the San Marino motorcycle Grand Prix and the San Marino Grand Prix related to the Superbike World Championship.
