Omelette with asparagus and cheese

Ingredients for 1 person

- 6-8 asparagus

- 2 eggs


- 60 g of butter

- 2 spoons of parmesan cheese

- salt


How to prepare omelettes with asparagus tips

Boil the asparagus for about 20 minutes, then remove the hard part.

Put the tender part of the asparagus in a hot dish with some melted butter.

In a bowl beat the eggs with a fork and add the salt.


Melt the remaining butter in a pan and when it is hot pour the beaten eggs.

Lift the edges of the omelette several times with a spatula towards the center and, in order not to stick it, shake the pan often.
