- 4 eggs


- 50 gr butter

- 3 tablespoons of flour

Preparing the omelette with frogs

Wash the frogs well, remove the thighs and dry them, then lightly flour them.

Place a large container on the fire, browning the frogs in the frothed butter, waiting for them to take on a golden color, with the foresight to mix at regular intervals.

Leave the omelette to cook on one side, then, with the help of a lid, turn it over and cook on the other side.

Once the cooking is finished, pouring the omelette with the frogs into the serving dish, it can be served both hot and cold depending on your preferences.
