How to make paprika potatoes

Put a pan on the fire with half a liter of water to boil, in the meantime peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them by hand into slices about 3 millimeters high.


Lay them in boiling water and cook stirring frequently, until they lose the raw taste, it should take about 7 minutes.
