How to make pappardelle with walnuts and shrimps, a delicious sauce containing fresh cream, recipe for a dish that includes a final decoration with boiled green beans, sliced ​​tomatoes and parsley.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of fresh pappardelle

- 60 g of walnuts


- 250 g of shrimp

- 250 ml of cooking cream

- 4 cherry tomatoes


- 200 g of green beans

- 1 bunch of parsley

- 1/2 glass of Brandy


- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 1 shallot

How to prepare pappardelle with walnuts and shrimp

Wash the shrimp under running water, then peel them.

Wash, tick the green beans and cook them in slightly salted boiling water for about 10/15 minutes.

In a pan with olive oil fry the chopped walnuts with the finely sliced ​​shallot.

Add the prawns and after 2/3 minutes blend them with the Brandy and let it evaporate.

Add the cream and balsamic vinegar.

Boil the pappardelle in boiling salted water and drain, then season with the sauce of shrimp and walnuts.


Arrange the pappardelle on the plates and decorate them with the boiled green beans, the sliced ​​tomatoes and the parsley.
