How to make pasta with crab meat and cherry tomatoes, a quick sauce recipe, to be prepared in a short time, ideal for seasoning penne and ravioli.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 400 g of pens
- crab meat (a box)
- half onion
- a bit of cherry tomato sauce
- a bunch of parsley
- a little white wine
- salt, oil and chilli pepper
How to prepare the pasta with crab meat and cherry tomatoes
The chopped onion is browned in the oil, taking care not to burn it (add a little water).
Pour in the white wine, withdraw it and add the crab meat, chopped parsley, cherry tomato sauce, salt and a little chilli pepper.
Boil 5 minutes.
Cream or milk are optional: eventually the cream is added last, while the milk a little earlier.
