Ingredients for 4 people

- Bavette, linguine or spaghetti gr. 350

- Walnuts gr. 200 with the shell


- A sprig of basil

- Grated pecorino, gorgonzola or parmesan

- Olive oil


- Salt and pepper

How to make pasta with walnuts

Clean the basil and remove the stalks and large ribs.

Finely chop it on the cutting board (or better crush it with walnuts in a mortar) together with the shelled walnuts.


Put everything in a soup, salt, pepper and add 4 tablespoons of cheese.

Still stirring, pour a little of the excellent oil until you get a thick cream, like pesto.
