How to make poached eggs on a bed of boiled asparagus and sprinkled with flaky Parmesan cheese, few necessary ingredients and quick and easy recipe preparation.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 80 g of flaky Parmesan cheese
- 400 g of already boiled asparagus
- 4 eggs
- White wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
Preparation of poached eggs with asparagus
In a large and low saucepan, bring water to a boil with the addition of salt and a little vinegar, then lower the heat to the minimum and slide 1 shelled egg at a time.
Cook it for 3-4 minutes, then drain it using a slotted spoon.
Use the same method for the other eggs.
Once cooked, lay the egg on a serving plate and serve it on a bed of boiled asparagus, covered with parmesan cheese flakes.
