- 24 prawn tails boiled, shelled and cut into small pieces
- 1 boiled egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
- a pinch of paprika
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons fresh liquid cream

Preparation of the prawn cocktail
Sift the egg yolk through a sieve, then mix it well with the mustard and paprika, adding the oil one drop at a time.
Add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt, the ketchup sauce, a few drops of Worcester sauce, the brandy and two spoonfuls of liquid cream.
Stir very well until a creamy sauce is obtained.
