Psalm 87 complete

[1] Of the sons of Core. Psalm. I sing. Its foundations are on the holy mountains;

[2] the Lord loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.

[3] Wonderful things are said about you, city of God.

[4] I will remember Rahab and Babylon among those who know me; here, Palestine, Tire and Ethiopia: all there were born.

[5] It will be said of Zion: "Both were born in it and the Most High keeps it steadfast".

[6] The Lord will write in the book of peoples: "He was born there."

[7] And dancing they will sing: "All my springs are in you."
