Roast pork with milk and cream cooked in a pan

How to cook roast pork, a recipe with milk and cream to be cooked in a pan, the preparation process of which requires a few simple steps, from browning in butter to final slicing with sprinkling the cooking sauce and accompanying it with slices of bread.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 900 g pork loin

- 3 tablespoons of flour


- 50 g of butter

- 1 glass of liquid cream

- 3/4 liter of milk


- salt and pepper

Preparation of roast pork milk and cream

Pass the piece of meat in the flour, so as to lightly sprinkle it, then put it in a saucepan over 40 grams of melted butter and let it brown over low heat evenly.

When the meat is browned, salt and pepper, wetting all with a ladle of milk.


Cover the container and cook the meat over moderate heat, gradually adding the residual milk.

Continue cooking, turning the piece of meat occasionally, and add the liquid cream about 30 minutes before switching off.

As soon as the roast is well cooked and the sauce has shrunk and thickened, remove the roast and slice it on the cutting board.

Add a knob of butter to the cooking base and stir it until it boils, then use it very thick to spread it on the slices of bread.

Arrange the slices of seasoned bread in a serving tray, putting in the middle the slices of roast which will be sprinkled with a right dose of hot sauce.
