Saffron prawns with white wine and chives

How to cook saffron prawns with white wine, a tasty and easy recipe for a second dish to be served hot with a sprinkling of chives.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 g of shrimp tails

- 1 glass of white wine


- 40 g of butter

- 2 teaspoons of saffron

- chopped chives


- salt and pepper

How to prepare saffron prawns shaded with white wine

Shell the prawns, cut them on the back and deprive them of the black thread.

Sauté the prawns in the pan with the butter for about 5 minutes.


Pour in the white wine and add the saffron, making the wine evaporate.

When the wine has completely evaporated, add salt and pepper to taste.
