Ingredients for 4 portions
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce with mustard, cream and cognac
- 150 gr of shrimp
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
Preparation of canapes with shrimps
Boil the shrimp in properly salted boiling water and shell them as soon as they are cooked.
Divide the slices of sandwich bread into four squares which will be the shape of our canapés.
Spread the pink sauce on each canapé and put on each one or two shrimps depending on the size.
Arrange on a tray without overlapping.
