How to make small quiche with ham, a recipe with gruyere puff pastry including, among the ingredients, milk, cream and eggs, to be cooked in the oven.


Ingredients 4 portions

- 100 g of ham or smoked bacon

- cl 2 of olive oil


- 20 forms of puff pastry for quiches

- gr 50 of grated Gruyère cheese

For the cover cream


- 1 whole egg

- 1 yolk

- 1/8 liter of milk


- 1/8 liter of cream

- salt and pepper

Preparation of small puff pastry quiches

Prepare the cover cream by carefully mixing the milk, cream, whole egg and yolk, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl.

Once this is done, cut the ham into strips and then sauté it in the pan with the oil, then drain and arrange it over the puff pastry molds.

Add the grated Gruyere cheese on top of each mold together with the previously prepared covering cream.

Put in the oven, previously heated to 200 °, and cook for about 20 minutes.

To be served lukewarm or cold arranged on a tray.
