Spaghetti with garlic, oil and hot peppers

How to make spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli, a recipe for an easy and tasty first course, ideal for a dinner or lunch to be prepared in a short time.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of spaghetti

- 5 cloves of garlic


- 1 bunch of parsley

- half a fresh pepper

- 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil


- 1 dry chili pepper

- salt and pepper

About 20 minutes


Preparation

1) First, cook the spaghetti in salted water, respecting the cooking times indicated on the package.

2) In the meantime, peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.

3) After washing the parsley, dry it well and chop it, setting aside a spoon.

4) Wash the half pepper, then remove the seeds and cut it into strips.

5) Take a pan and heat the oil over low heat, then brown the peppers for 3 minutes.

6) Once this is done, add the garlic, letting it fry for a minute, avoiding it toasting so that it does not become bitter in flavor.

7) Now crumble the chilli and incorporate it.

8) In the colander, drain the spaghetti, drain them, then add them to the other ingredients, including the parsley.

9) After mixing everything thoroughly, add salt and pepper, finally garnish with the remaining parsley.
