How to make spaghetti with walnuts, an easy recipe to prepare quickly and with few ingredients, including Parmesan and basil, to be seasoned with olive oil.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- A sprig of basil
- Grated Parmesan
- Olive oil
- Spaghetti gr. 350
- Walnuts gr. 200 with the shell
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of spaghetti with walnuts
Clean the basil and remove the stalks and large ribs.
Finely chop it on the cutting board (or better crush it with walnuts in a mortar) together with the shelled walnuts.
Put everything in a soup, salt, pepper and add 4 tablespoons of cheese.
Still stirring, pour a little of the excellent oil until you get a thick cream, like pesto.
