Strawberry and custard tart with shortcrust pastry

- 2 egg yolks

- 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar

- 1 level spoonful of potato starch

Line a cake pan with parchment paper and roll out the shortcrust pastry, then prick it without breaking it with a fork, lay other parchment paper on it and cover the entire surface with dry pulses.
