- 200 gr mascarpone

How to make strawberry tiramisu
Wash the strawberries by immersion in abundant cold water, drain them and clean them from the stems.
Put them in a bowl, leaving 4 aside for later, and mash them with a fork, then add the mascarpone and sugar, mix all the ingredients well, then distribute in the bowls and place in each the four strawberries previously set aside as decoration.
