- 200 gr strawberries
- 200 gr mascarpone
- 2 spoons of sugar
Preparation of the mascarpone cream with strawberries
Wash the strawberries by immersion in abundant cold water, drain them and clean them from the stems.
Put them in a bowl, leaving 4 aside for later, and mash them with a fork, then add the mascarpone and sugar.
