Sweet crepes various flavors: how to make them

How to make sweet crepes of various flavors, recipe with nutella, jam, fruit, cream, ricotta or sugar of your choice, to be carried out through a simple preparation procedure, which involves classic cooking in a pan.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 125 gr of flour

- 3 eggs


- 1 pinch of salt

- 1/4 liter of milk

- 2 tablespoons of butter


- 1 tablespoon of cognac or alchermes

- Nutella, sugar or jam for filling

Preparation of sweet crepes of various flavors

Place the flour in a bowl and place the 3 whole eggs, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar in the central vacuum.


Using a wooden spoon, mix by gradually mixing the eggs with the flour, gradually pouring the cold milk.

As soon as the mixture is liquefied, without lumps, add the previously melted butter together with a generous spoonful of the chosen liqueur.

Take a pan with non-stick bottom and about 20 cm in diameter, put it on the fire and lightly grease it with liquid butter.

Pour two or more spoonfuls of batter, or the mixture prepared before, into the pan until it completely covers the bottom of the pan.

Leave to cook until the color of the pancake created, shaking the pan from time to time so as not to stick, immediately turn it to the other side using a plate or, if skillful, throw it in the air as per the original tradition.

As soon as it is cooked on both sides, remove the pan from the heat and place the crepe on a flat plate, adding the subsequent crepes over it after cooking.

Crepes should be served hot, it is recommended to combine them with the preferred filling choosing from nutella, jam, fruit, cream, ricotta or sugar, distributing it on one side and then wrapping the crepes to enclose it inside.
