How to prepare sesame turbot fillets with asparagus

Wash the asparagus and boil them in a little water with 1/2 glass of white wine, salt and pepper.

Drain them al dente and keep the cooking broth.

Fillet the turbot and put the fish fillets in a baking pan with a knob of butter and a ladle of asparagus cooking broth.

Sprinkle the fish with the toasted sesame seeds and transfer the pan to the oven at 180 ° C for about a quarter of an hour.

Place the cooked fillets in a warm tray.

Add the butter to the cooking bottom of the fish, mix it with a whisk and tie the sauce with a little flour.

Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
