- 400 gr porcini mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Some mint leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Tuscan fried porcini mushrooms
Clean the mushroom chapels individually and carefully, using a damp cloth.
After sprinkling them with a little olive oil, place them in a pan with chopped garlic, a few leaves of mint, salt and pepper.
Fry over low heat, stirring occasionally while waiting for the right browning to be reached.
