Vanilla ice cream with crumbled marrons glacés

How to enrich a ready-made simple vanilla ice cream, using maraschino, crumbled marrons glacés and chocolate flakes, for the decoration it is foreseen the use of whipped cream and candied Parma violets if you like.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 g of ready-made vanilla ice cream

- 2 spoons of maraschino


- 16 marrons glacés crumbled

- 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate flakes

- 200 g of lightly sweetened whipped cream


For decoration

- 20 candied Parma violets

How to prepare vanilla ice cream with marrons glacés

Quickly mix the ice cream liqueur, add the marrons glacés, the chocolate and mix quickly.


Divide the ice cream into the cups and garnish the surface with whipped cream.

Set aside four whole violets and crumble the rest.
