Ingredients for 6 people
- 600 gr. of thinly sliced veal slices
- sage leaves (how many slices of meat are)
- 1 small onion
- 1 celery rib
- 1 carrot
- 100 gr. ca. of raw ham
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 300 gr. peeled tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

How to cook rolled veal slices
Beat the veal slices on a cutting board, with the flat part of a knife.
Over each slice spread a sage leaf and one of raw ham, salt and pepper; roll them up and close them with a toothpick.
Chop the onion, celery, carrot and fry them in a little oil.
After joining the rolls and browning them well in a pan, then add the white wine and after having evaporated it, the crushed peeled tomatoes.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally and if they dry too much, add a few spoonfuls of broth.
