- 800 g of veal breast
- 150 g of peeled almonds
- 1 onion
- 1 slice of fresh ginger

How to prepare veal stew with almonds
Sauté the almonds in a pan with a spoonful of sesame oil in order to make them crispy.
Prepare a sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons of sake, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a glass of vegetable broth, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and a pinch of pepper.
In a pan heat a few tablespoons of sesame oil with the chopped ginger and onion, sauté it for 2-3 minutes.
Add the diced meat and brown it for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then pour the sauce and continue cooking for about 15 minutes on a very low heat.
At the end add the almonds.
