Amaretto and apple cake

How to make apple and amaretti cake, recipe with eggs, sugar, flour, milk and butter, with the scent of lemon and cinnamon, to be cooked in the oven for about half an hour.


Ingredients for 8 people

- 500 g of white flour

- 6 eggs


- 4 rennet apples

- 250 g of sugar

- 8 dried amaretti


- 1 untreated lemon

- 1 sachet of yeast

- 1 dl of milk


- 160 g of butter

- cinnamon powder

Preparation of apple pie and amaretti

Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add the flour and baking powder mixed and sieved.

Work the dough well.

Add the milk, the previously melted butter, the grated lemon zest and a little cinnamon to the mixture.

Mix well and pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.


Place the crumbled amaretti and the diced apples on the surface of the cake.

Cook in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
