Anchovies, peppers and capers canapes

How to make canapes with anchovies, pepper and capers, recipe to prepare using slices of bread as a base on which to spread the mixture obtained following the instructions.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- gr. 20 anchovy fillets in oil

- 20 strips of red pepper


- 1 jar of capers

- slices of bread

- gr. 60 of butter


Preparation of anchovies and peppers canapés

Prepare the thin slices of bread in the desired format.

Chop 10 anchovy fillets, reducing them to a mush, to which incorporate the butter previously removed from the refrigerator about half an hour earlier.

Spread the mixture carefully on the canapés, then proceed to cut another 10 anchovy fillets lengthwise.


Place 3 small strips of anchovies on each canape, placing two strips of red pepper and capers between them.

Arrange the canapés on a tray as you prepare them, avoiding overlapping each other.
