How veal burgers are made, a recipe to be cooked in the oven after brushing the medeaglioni of meat in the special mixture prepared with breadcrumbs and parsley.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 8 veal burgers of 50 gr each
- half a clove of garlic
- salt
- ground pepper
How to prepare veal burgers
Prepare the parsley washed and peel the garlic, finely chop both and put them in a bowl, adding the breadcrumbs and a pinch of freshly ground pepper, then mix with a spoon-shaped wooden ladle.
Take the medallions and pass them in the breadcrumbs mixture after having brushed them on both sides with the oil, then arrange them on the bottom of a previously greased baking pan.
Wet the medallions already breaded with oil and cook in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about ten minutes, until golden brown on the surface.
