- 50 g of flour
- half a liter of boiling milk
- a pinch of nutmeg

How to prepare the bechamel sauce
Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and mix for a few minutes with a wooden spoon, making sure that the flour does not take on color.
Add the boiling milk, continue to stir, add the salt, a little pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
