- 4 whole eggs

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil or a knob of butter


- 100 g lettuce leaves

- 1 tablespoon of pecorino

- salt and pepper


Preparing the burina omelette

Wash and drain the lettuce well, then slice it into strips.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with pecorino cheese, salt and pepper, then add the lettuce.
