Carbonara spaghetti with bacon

How to make spaghetti carbonara with bacon, or bacon, grated parmesan, or pecorino cheese, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, salt and pepper.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of spaghetti

- 100 g of bacon


- 50 g of grated Parmesan, or pecorino cheese

- 2 eggs

- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil


- salt and pepper

How to prepare spaghetti carbonara

Fry the bacon in a pan with the oil, until it becomes transparent but not too colorful.

Meanwhile cook the spaghetti al dente in a pan with plenty of boiling salted water.


Beat the eggs in a bowl, with the grated cheese and the freshly ground pepper, pour them into a large bowl and heat everything in a water bath.

As soon as the spaghetti is cooked, drain it, pour it in the same pan with the bacon sauce, mix with the wooden spoon quickly and pour everything into the tureen kept in a water bath.
