- gr. 200 of ricotta


- gr. 40 of butter

- 1 egg

- salt


- 3 frankfurters

- 4 tablespoons of pitted and chopped green olives

- 4 anchovies in oil

Put the butter in a bowl and soften it until creamy.

Then add the ricotta and the egg.
