Cod meatballs with mayonnaise, breaded and fried in a pan

How to make cod fritters by frying a dough obtained by mixing the fish already soaked and boiled in water and milk mixed with mayonnaise, to be breaded with egg and breadcrumbs.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 300 g of already soaked cod

- 1/2 liter of water


- 1/2 liter of milk

- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

- 1 egg


- bread crumbs

- Seed oil for frying

How to prepare cod and mayonnaise pancakes

Boil the cod, previously soaked and deprived of the skin, in water and milk.


Drain it, chop it and mix it with the mayonnaise.

With the dough obtained, make meatballs, bread them with egg and breadcrumbs and fry them in a pan with seed oil.
