How to make the deviled sauce, recipe of cayenne pepper with chopped shallot and onion, ideal for giving flavor and seasoning first courses and grilled meats.


Ingredients for a deciliter of sauce

- 1 medium sized onion

- 2 glasses of dry white wine


- 1 nut for meat broth

- 50 g butter

- 2 glasses of hot water


- 1 tablespoon minced shallot

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation of deviled sauce

Clean the onion and finely chop it, then brown it in the butter in a pan over low heat, avoiding to brown it.


Add all the white wine, raise the heat to maximum and let it evaporate almost entirely.

Dissolve the nut and cayenne pepper in two glasses of hot water and add everything to the rest, waiting for the volume to be halved before extinguishing the flame.
