Eggs in the parmesan cheese basket

How scrambled eggs are made in the Parmesan cheese basket, recipe with boiled peas and aromatic herbs to be cooked in a pan and served with a cherry tomato as decoration.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 bunch of chopped fresh aromatic herbs

- butter


- 100 g of boiled peas

- 6 eggs

- 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese


- 4 cherry tomatoes

- salt and pepper

Preparation of the eggs in the parmesan basket

Prepare the 4 baskets of cheese one at a time, distributing 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese on the bottom of a small non-stick pan.


Put it on the fire and, as soon as the cheese has melted, remove it from the flame, leaving it to cool, then pour it over an upside down cup and let it cool completely.

Prepare 3 more baskets in the same way.

In a bowl beat the eggs with salt, pepper, the remaining grated cheese and the chopped aromatic herbs.

In a non-stick pan, melt a knob of butter, pour the egg mixture, add the peas and cook for a few minutes, stirring and waiting for the scrambled eggs to be ready.

Once this is done, divide them into 4 baskets of cheese and serve, decorating each with 1 cherry tomato.
