Tourist information

Located in the province of Frosinone in the Lazio region, Fiuggi was called Anticoli di Campagna until 1911.

The city consists of a historic center, usually called Fiuggi Vecchia, located on a hill located along the coast of the Ernici Mountains, and a modern spa, located lower and surrounded by chestnut groves, called Fiuggi Terme.

Dating back to the eleventh century, old Fiuggi is placed on top of a hill and surrounded by some remains of surrounding walls.

Religious buildings include the church of San Pietro, the church of Santo Stefano and the church of Santa Maria del Colle, while the civil architecture includes the Palazzo Falconi, the town hall and the theater, located in Piazza Trento and Trieste.

What see

Going along a wide avenue you reach Fiuggi source, a place completely surrounded by greenery, where the waters gushing out from the source of Bonifacio VIII and from the Fonte Anticolana, produce beneficial effects for diseases of the kidney and urinary system, as well as having special detoxifying characteristics .

The Fonte Bonifacio VIII was built in the early twentieth century in an elegant liberty style, designed by the architect Garibaldi Burba.

This complex, renovated in the sixties, is today characterized by alternating open and closed spaces, created in perfect harmony with the luxuriant vegetation in which it is immersed.

The Fonte Bonifacio VIII includes about one hundred fountains, scattered in green areas, which can be accessed by up to 25,000 people simultaneously.

The grand central hall is equipped with heating systems, to make it possible to practice spa treatments even during the winter season.
