Flourless hazelnut tart with shortcrust pastry

How to make the hazelnut tart with ready-made shortcrust pastry, recipe of the cake with shelled hazelnuts and eggs among the ingredients, to be baked in the oven for about half an hour.


Ingredients for 6 people

- 1 roll of thin shortcrust pastry

- 160 g of shelled hazelnuts


- 100 g of granulated sugar

- 3 eggs

- 100 g of butter


- icing sugar

- salt

Hazelnut tart preparation

Remove the hazelnut skin by dipping them in boiling water for a few minutes.


Chop the hazelnuts with the mixer and put them in a bowl with the sugar, softened butter and egg yolks.

Mix everything well.

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add them to the mixture.

Spread the shortcrust pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread the mixture on it.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, leave to cool and then sprinkle with icing sugar.
