How to make berry yogurt mousse, mixing white yogurt with sugar, whipped cream and jelly, to glaze it at the end with a delicious blueberry sauce.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 g of low-fat white yogurt
- 180 ml of fresh cream
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 1 sheet of jelly
For the sauce
- 1 bowl of blueberries
- 1/2 glass of red wine
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- cinnamon powder

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

In a bowl mix the yogurt, at room temperature, with the sugar.
Squeeze the jelly and melt it over low heat with 1 tablespoon of cream.
Pour the jelly into the yogurt and mix everything.
Whip the remaining cream and add it to the yoghurt cream, mixing gently from the bottom to the top.
Transfer the mixture into a mold, put it in the refrigerator to thicken the mousse, and then keep it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the blueberries, put them in a small pan with 1 tablespoon of sugar and wine.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and cook the mixture over medium heat to thicken it.
Turn the mold upside down and sprinkle the yogurt mousse with the blueberry sauce.
