How to cook fried breaded anchovies to be cooked in a pan, few ingredients necessary for this quick and easy preparation recipe to make with breadcrumbs for the batter.

- 150 g of breadcrumbs
- abundant oil for frying
- 1 lemon
- 400 g of clean anchovies
- 2 eggs
- salt
Preparation of breaded anchovies to be fried
Wash the anchovies and open them in a book, then gently drying them using ordinary kitchen paper as a swab.
Match the anchovies open in a book two by two, exerting slight pressure, so as to make them stick together, then pass them first in the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
Take a couple of breaded anchovies and press it between the palms of your hands so as to allow the breadcrumbs to adhere well.
In a fairly deep pan, heat abundant oil and dip a crumb of bread, observing if this sizzles, if so it means that the oil is ready for frying.

Lay a few anchovy cutlets at a time and cook on both sides so that they become beautiful crispy and golden.
