Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts

- 4 eggs


- Parsley

- Flour

- Butter gr 50


- Veal slices gr. 200

- 100 g bacon

- 2 large potatoes


- 2 tablespoons of walnut kernels

- Olive oil

Preparation of fried veal meatballs

Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them.

Brown the veal slices in a pan with the butter, then finely chop them on the cutting board together with the bacon.

In a bowl mix the potatoes, meat, 2 eggs, chopped parsley, soaked raisins, pine nuts and chopped walnuts.

Salt, pepper, mix well and with your hands make normal meatballs not too big.

Pass them in flour, eggs and then fry them in hot oil.


Finally put them to flavor in a normal meat sauce.
