Green pepper sauce egg yolks and cream for pasta

How to prepare green pepper sauce to season any type of pasta, recipe with egg yolks and cream with the addition of Parmesan cheese and butter.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan

- 40 gr of butter


- 2 yolks

- 3 tablespoons of cream

- 2 tablespoons of green peppercorns


How to prepare green pepper sauce

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan where the 2 egg yolks are cooked for 3 minutes.

Once this is done, drain the egg yolks and place them on the bottom of the bowl that will be used to serve the pasta.

Add the cream and parmesan, mixing them with the egg yolks using a fork.


Once this is done, pour three spoons of the pasta cooking water into the same container.

Then put the chopped butter and green peppercorns in the bowl.
