- 2 cloves of garlic
- White wine

- Porcini mushrooms 500 g
- Potatoes 500 g

Preparation of potatoes and mushrooms
In a pan, brown 8 chopped garlic and parsley in 8 tablespoons of oil.
Before the garlic takes color, add the stalks to the mushrooms, cleaned and coarsely chopped.

Clean and slice the mushroom chapels.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about half a centimeter high.
Lightly grease a baking sheet, cover the bottom with a layer of potatoes, cover everything with the browned mushrooms, make another layer of potatoes and finish with the sliced mushrooms.
Salt, pepper, sprinkle with other parsley or catmint.
Pour in half a glass of wine, drizzle with 8 tablespoons of oil and cook in a hot oven for about 40 minutes.
