Ingredients for 4 portions
- 1 carrot
- a little onion
- salt
- oil
- vinegar
- black olives
- capers
- gr. 400 pasta
- basil
- parsley

- 3 or 4 ripe tomatoes
Sicilian pasta preparation
All the vegetables are cleaned and minced, then chopped black olives are added with a spoonful of capers and some chopped ripe tomatoes. (optional tuna).
Mix everything and season with oil, salt and very little vinegar.
Cook the pasta al dente and season. To be served cold.
