- 1 Rabbit
- sage
- rosemary
- garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- oil
- salt
How to cook lemon rabbit
Wash the rabbit well, in the last rinse water put a little vinegar.
Pull up and dry.
Put the various pieces in a saucepan.

Chop sage, rosemary and several peeled garlic cloves (for a whole rabbit you need 10 cloves).
Put the mince in the pan together with the rabbit, add a little salt and a squeezed lemon.
Mix everything well and let it rest.
When cooking, add the oil (for a whole rabbit 7/8 tablespoons of oil).
Cook slowly (if it dries too much add boiling water), for approx. an hour.
